An international cooking and pastry school located in the south of France in Agde. This school, with which I have decided to collaborate and come once a term, offers training for ALL, level 1 Michelin star.
It was alongside the pastry chef-trainer Pol Bertholet and my advice that the students were able to make these three delicacies themselves.
This masterclass and the next ones to come are part of a common desire to offer a demanding, modern, elegant and healthy pastry!
